Use a clean, moist cloth to wipe away any dirt or stains as soon as possible. Please note that stains, especially sweat and chlorinated water, can permanently discolour the fabric if not removed quickly. We do not recommend washing this type of cap by hand. Use a moist towel and a small brush to wipe dirt or stains away. If smell is an issue, hang the cap outside in fresh air for a few days to let the fabric naturally air out.

Depending on the reason for the return and the condition of the product, there may be several options available to you.
* Please note, that ALL items must have their original tags attached, and be unworn and unwashed.
You will be responsible for paying postage on any returns or exchanges.
Refunds for store credit only.
If you would like to return an item for any reason other than mispacked or defective products, we can issue store credit in the form of an electronic code that you can use towards a future purchase. The store credit applied is for the purchase price of the product only and does not include any shipping fees charged for delivery. The store credit code provided does not expire and can be used with a discount code.
You have exactly 7 days from delivery of your package to file a return claim with customer service at info@makepisi.com.   

• If a product is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged again.
• If a product you receive is damaged during shipment or is not what you ordered, we can send a replacement. We cannot ship out the replacement item until our warehouse receives the item being returned.
• If the item you’d like to return was ordered more than 7 days ago, the item is no longer available for sale, or if the item was purchased using store credit as part of a previous exchange, we cannot accept the return or issue a refund for any reason.
• To begin processing any type of return, please contact our Customer Service team and provide your name, the order number, and the reason for returning the product.
• Upon approval of your return, you have 10 days to have the product returned to our warehouse. If we do not receive your return within 10 days, your return will automatically be cancelled.
• If the item was purchased during a sales event, we do not accept any returns or exchanges.

Once we have received the product and the return has been processed by our warehouse, we can issue the exchange or the in-store credit to your account. Please note that we are unable to accept returns that are dropped off by a customer at any of our warehouse locations.
A return address will be provided once the return is approved.
