1. Delivery within South Africa

We only deliver within South Africa.

Order values lower than R450 will attract a delivery fee of R60 Box to Box and R100 direct to your door in South Africa.

No collections are available.

Deliveries are made weekly from Friday to Sunday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. Please ensure you provide the correct contact number and that your contact number is available and phone is on at all times. Communication may take the form of text message SMS or WhatsApp messaging.

Orders delivered in Gauteng will be made within 5-7 working days.
Orders delivered outside of Gauteng to other main centres will be made within 7-10 working days.
Orders delivered to areas outside of the main centres can take up to 10-15 working days. These areas are not serviced daily by the courier so are dependent on the courier service days.
Any “pre-order items” will be dispatched the day before launch.

For deliveries outside of South Africa, please email info@makepisi.com before placing an order for requisite guidance and agreement on delivery option and fees. Failure to do so on the part of the purchaser will not automatically initiate a refund.

How much are the delivery costs?

Pudo Delivery

  • How does Pudo work?

Pudo has set up a network of pickup points near popular stores and other locations such as fuel stations and malls. Customers can now order their shopping online and pick it up at a Pudo pick-up site near their office or home when it suits them (within 24 hours of delivery to the pick-up point).

  • If I have a pre-order and an item that is available now in my order, when will I receive my order?

Pudo orders cannot be partially fulfilled. Customers will have to wait until all items are available before the order is shipped.

  • How will I know when my order is ready for pick-up?

You will receive an SMS and/or email notification as soon as your parcel has been delivered to your chosen Pudo pick-up point and is ready for pick-up.

  • How long will it take for my order to be ready for pick-up?

Delivery can take up to three business days from the day that Pudo collects your parcel. Add two days for delivery to outlying areas.

  • What do I need to collect my Pudo order?

All you need is the Pudo pin code for that parcel. You will receive a unique Pudo pin code in the SMS and/or email that informs you that your parcel is ready for pick-up. You will need this code to collect the parcel. Without it, you will not be able to collect.

  • I have lost my Pudo code. What should I do?

The Pudo Code can be found in the SMS and/or email notification that informs you that your parcel is ready for pick-up. If you have lost your Pudo Code, please contact Pudo to receive a new code.

  • I received a notification that my parcel has been delivered but can't find the parcel at my Pudo pick-up point.

Are you at the correct Pudo pick-up point? Please check the pick-up address you received via SMS and/or email to confirm you went to the right Pudo pick-up point. If you visited the right pickup point, please contact Pudo.

  • My email address or phone number has changed.

Please contact Pudo and provide them with your new contact details. Without your details, Pudo is unable to notify you that your parcel is ready for pick-up.

  • Can someone else collect my parcel?

Yes. As long as you share the Pudo pin code with them.

  • How many hours/days do I have to pick up my parcel?

Pudo holds the parcel for 24 hours or 1 day from the moment you receive your SMS/email notification. If you have not collected your parcel within the allotted time, it will be returned to dispatch.

  • Do I get charged if I don't collect my parcel?

Yes. R70 will be deducted before your refund is processed

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Orders delivered in Gauteng will be made within 5-7 working days

Do you offer Collection?

  • At this time we only offer delivery as option to receive your purchased product.

At Makepisi Headwear, we appreciate your enthusiasm for our products, including our caps. We understand that you're excited to get your hands on the latest styles and designs. However, we want to ensure that you are aware of the unique nature of pre-ordering caps. The availability of pre-ordered caps is subject to the manufacturing process, and this policy outlines what you can expect during your pre-order experience.

Pre-Order Process

  • Product Selection: You can browse our upcoming cap collections on our website and choose the items you wish to pre-order. These products will be clearly labelled as "Pre-Order" or "Coming Soon."
  • Payment: To secure your pre-order, you will be required to make the full payment at the time of placing your order. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.
  • Estimated Delivery Date: Please note that the estimated delivery date will be specified on the product page. This date is our best estimate of when we expect the caps to be available for shipping.

Manufacturing and Availability

  • Manufacturing Time: The availability of pre-ordered caps is contingent on the manufacturing process. We work diligently to meet our estimated delivery dates, but there may be circumstances beyond our control that can affect production times. These circumstances may include supplier delays, production challenges, or unexpected high demand.
  • Communication: We will keep you informed about the status of your pre-order via email. If there are any changes to the estimated delivery date or other important updates, we will notify you promptly.
